We ask for a 50% nonrefundable payment to secure your date for our services. The second 50% is due a month before your party date.

Most parties ask for early access to the rental from the host. We need 3 hours to get everything set up perfectly. Another option is to stall by bopping around downtown... which is not the worst way to spend some time. We have also gone in to set up while the party is out to dinner--sort of a double surprise for the celebratory weekend.

Before we complete your contract, we will chat about what is a good time to come back and pick up our items before you are fully booked for our services. This ensures we will get all of our items back as per the contract. We have no problem coming to take our equipment back if guests are in the Airbnb! This is different than set-up because set-up is time-oriented and can be stressful for both parties.

I know you've seen companies use tinsel backdrops and attach bachelorette decorations to the wall like the balloon garland and that can create worries about damages to a property that isn't yours. However, at Asheville Bash, we're not like everyone else! We take pride in being allowed to decorate others' property and helping groups create epic weekends. This means we attach ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to the walls inside the property. Everything is completely safe, so no need to fret about your rental.
